Volunteer Opportunities
On the Construction Site We welcome volunteers of all skill levels to work on the construction site. Tasks may include framing, roofing, siding, flooring, painting, landscaping, and/or site clean-up. Those with a construction or similar background may want to volunteer as a crew leader.
In the Office Working with a hammer on the construction site isn’t the only way you can volunteer your time with Habitat. Habitat also welcomes volunteers in the office to help with filing, data entry, mailings, and other administrative tasks.
Youth Programs Habitat youth programs capture the imagination, energy and hope of young people, ages 5 to 25, to involve them in the mission of Habitat.
Online Training Whether this is your first time volunteering with Habitat or if you’ve been volunteering with Habitat for years, we suggest you take part in Habitat Learns, Habitat for Humanity's online learning program. Habitat Learns is a program of Habitat for Humanity International that offers free online training in a variety of Habitat-related areas.
Volunteer Paperwork All volunteers must complete our required paperwork. Even if you have volunteered with Habitat before, you will need to fill out new paperwork for each new construction project you work on.
