Hickory Ridge Subdivision We are currently working on a 12-house subdivision called Hickory Ridge located outside of Clinton, Tennessee. Located on a lovely hillside tract of land, five houses have been completed and we anticipate completing the subdivision later this summer. Homeowners within the subdivision will be part of a Homeowner Association to maintain the subdivision.
In late 2009, we will begin infrastructure work on Scarboro Village in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Located in the Scarboro community, this subdivision will be a mixed-income development that will house 40 families.
